Free shipping over $60

Shipping is free on US orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship at a flat standard rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is in, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the continental US takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Most orders arrive on the faster end of that window.

Subscription refills

If you've turned on auto-refill, each shipment follows the same processing and delivery times above. We send a reminder email before every refill ships, so you can skip, delay, or cancel in one click before it goes out.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you haven't seen a tracking email, check your spam folder, then reply to your order confirmation and we'll look into it.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange a reship. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on more destinations.
