2. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state, to buy from us. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time.

3. Products and pricing

We try to display product details, colors, and pricing as accurately as possible. We don't guarantee that every description, image, or price is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities at any time without notice. An order isn't confirmed until we accept and charge it.

4. Health claims

Our filters reduce certain contaminants to the specifications stated on each product page, including applicable NSF/ANSI standards. We say "reduces," not "removes," and results vary by water source and individual. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Subscriptions and refills

Auto-refill is optional. If you enroll, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. We email a reminder before each shipment. You can skip, pause, or cancel any time before the next order ships. Cancelling stops future charges and does not affect orders already shipped.

6. Returns and guarantee

Purchases are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, described on our Returns & guarantee page, which is part of these Terms.

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines and coverage are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by clnwater or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, clnwater is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
